Common use of SOLE LETTING RIGHTS Clause in Contracts

SOLE LETTING RIGHTS. The Landlord appoints the Agent as sole agent for the marketing, letting and/ or aspects of the management of the Property depending on which Service Level is agreed. If the Landlord lets the Property during the appointment of the Agent under this Agreement the Landlord might become liable to pay commission to both Agents. It is agreed that only the Agent may let the Property on behalf of the Landlord.
