Sole Risk Percentage Interest. Unless the Sole Risk Participants otherwise unanimously agree the Percentage Interest of each participant in a sole risk operation shall be the proportion that its Percentage Interest bears to the total of the Percentage Interests of all Sole Risk Participants. In the event Nordsøfonden decides to participate in a sole risk operation Nordsøfonden may elect to participate either with a Percentage Interest calculated as herein described or with its Original State Participa- tion Share in the area in which the sole risk operation is carried out. Upon a Non-Sole Risk Par- ticipant electing to participate in further operations arising out of a sole risk operation and making such payments as may be due in accordance with Sections 7.5.1 – 7.5.2 inclusive (and without prejudice to any further payment which may become due pursuant to Section 7.5.3), such Sole Risk Participant shall (unless the Sole Risk Participants otherwise agree), assume a Percentage Interest share in such further operation and all rights and liabilities attributable thereto.

  • COSTS DISTRIBUTED THROUGH COUNTYWIDE COST ALLOCATIONS The indirect overhead and support service costs listed in the Summary Schedule (attached) are formally approved as actual costs for fiscal year 2020-21, and as estimated costs for fiscal year 2022-23 on a “fixed with carry-forward” basis.
