Solicitation and Distribution Clause Samples

The Solicitation and Distribution clause regulates the ways in which parties may solicit, distribute, or circulate materials, information, or communications within a particular context, such as a workplace or organization. Typically, this clause sets boundaries on when and where solicitations (like fundraising, sales, or petitions) and distributions (such as flyers or promotional materials) are permitted, often restricting these activities to non-working hours or designated areas. Its core practical function is to minimize disruptions, maintain order, and prevent unwanted or inappropriate solicitations within the covered environment.
