Common use of Solicitation and Hiring Clause in Contracts

Solicitation and Hiring. 4.03 The Executive hereby covenants and agrees that he shall not during the term of this Agreement and for a period of eighteen (18) months thereafter, either directly or indirectly, solicit or endeavour to solicit from the Corporation any of its employees, customers, or suppliers for the pharmaceutical compounds used by Biovail and shall not for a period of 18 months from the end of the term of this Agreement hire any of the foregoing on his own behalf or on behalf of any entity for which the Executive is hired or retained.
