Common use of Solicitation of Transferred Employees Clause in Contracts

Solicitation of Transferred Employees. Except with the written consent of BUYER, for a period of six months following the Closing Date, SELLER will not directly solicit Transferred Employees as prospective officers or employees of SELLER and will not hire any such Transferred Employee; provided, however, that SELLER shall not be prohibited or restricted from hiring a Transferred Employee if such Transferred Employee is terminated by BUYER.
