Solicitation Prohibited. Licensee shall not permit its agents or employees to use pressure sales tactics or to overtly solicit for car rentals or related services offered by Licensee under this Agreement. The Airport Director shall be the sole judge of whether conduct amounts to a violation of this subsection. Upon written notice from the County, Licensee shall take all necessary steps to eliminate conduct in violation of this subsection and to prevent its recurrence.
