SOLICITATION PUBLICATION AND COMMUNICATIONS. The solicitation referenced on the cover page of this document is issued for the State of Colorado by the Department of Health Care Policy and Financing (Department) and is posted on the Colorado Operations Resource Engine (CORE) Web site at xxxxx://xxxxx- xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxx/XXXXXX0X0/XxxXxxxXxxxxxx (then click on “Public Access”). During this solicitation process official communication with Offerors will be via notices on the Colorado CORE Web site. Notices may include modifications, addenda and responses to inquiries. It is the Offeror’s responsibility to periodically check the CORE Web site for notices, changes, additional documents or amendments that pertain to this solicitation.

SOLICITATION PUBLICATION AND COMMUNICATIONS. The solicitation is issued for the State of Colorado by the Department of Health Care Policy and Financing (Department) and is posted on the Colorado Bid Information and Distribution System (BIDS) Web site at xxx.xxxx.xxxxx.xx.xx/XxxXxxx. Offerors must be registered at the Colorado BIDS Web site in order to download solicitation documents and information. During the solicitation process, all official communication with Offerors will be via notices on the Colorado BIDS Web site. Notices may include modifications, addenda, responses to inquiries and the announcement of the apparent winning Offeror. It is the Offeror’s responsibility to periodically check the Colorado BIDS Web site for notices, changes, additional documents or amendments that pertain to this solicitation.

  • Information and communication The Parties shall support the development of modern methods of information handling, including the media, and stimulate the effective mutual exchange of information. Priority shall be given to programmes aimed at providing the general public with basic information about the Community and the Republic of Azerbaijan, including, where possible, access to databases, in full respect of intellectual property rights.

  • Communications Protocol The Parties agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the communications protocol provided for in Schedule “G” (Communications Protocol).

If notice is given by overnight delivery service, it is deemed delivered one (1) day after date deposited, as indicated by the delivery service. If notice is given by depositing same in United States mail, enclosed in a sealed envelope, it is deemed delivered three days after date deposited, as indicated by the postmarked date. If notice is given by registered or certified mail with postage prepaid, return receipt requested, it is deemed delivered on the day the notice is signed for.

  • Email Communications You agree that We can communicate with you by email and provide You with Your Xxxxxxx Invoices with consolidated Submission Detailed Report information and Statements of Account through email, at the email address You have provided to Us on the WeRecycle Portal.

  • Agreement Administration and Communications A. Under this Agreement, either of the representatives of the Judicial Council identified below will monitor the Work and act as the Judicial Council’s liaisons with the Contractor:

  • Communications and Written Notices 23.1. The Company will communicate with the client about any notice, instruction, request or any other communication via the Client’s registered e-mail, the Client Dashboard, telephone or, where the Client wishes to send a formal communication to the Company in writing, via post to the Company’s registered address. All the Company’s contact details are available on the Compnay’s Website. Any communication from the Client to the Company shall be deemed effective on the date and time of reception by the Company. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure they have read all and any communication the Company may send from time to time, via any approved communication method.

  • COMMUNICATION AND NOTICES The Administrator designated in section 4 on page 1 of this agreement is authorized to receive information, interpret and define City's policies consistent with this agreement, and communicate with Consultant concerning this agreement. All correspondence and other communications shall be directed to or through the Administrator or the Administrator’s designee.
