Common use of Solicitation Representations Clause in Contracts

Solicitation Representations. Lessee represents and warrants that all statements and representations made in Lessee's proposal, bid, or other supporting documents submitted to County in connection with the solicitation, negotiation, or award of this Agreement, including during the procurement or evaluation process, were true and correct when made and are true and correct as of the Effective Date of this Agreement, unless otherwise expressly disclosed by Lessee.
