SOLICITING FOR EMPLOYMENT. Each Party to the Contract undertakes not to attempt to solicit nor procure the service or employment of employees of the other Party or persons engaged under a contract for services with the other Party during the term of the Contract and within six calendar months after the termination or expiry of the Contract without the prior written permission of the other Party.
