Solid Waste, Recycling and Greenwaste Services. 5.3.1 Franchisee shall provide weekly collection of solid waste and recyclables for all places and premises within Franchise Area or such other level of service as may be permitted by County at rates approved by the County Board of Supervisors. Franchisee shall also provide more frequent collection services as required pursuant to County Code Chapter 8.12.
