Distribution Services The Distributor shall sell and repurchase Shares as set forth below, subject to the registration requirements of the 1933 Act and the rules and regulations thereunder, and the laws governing the sale of securities in the various states ("Blue Sky Laws"):
Reactivation To reactivate suspended Service, you must bring your account current through the month of reactivation by making payment in full of any outstanding balance, fees and other applicable charges. In addition, we may require a deposit before reactivating your Service. The amount of the deposit will not exceed one year of monthly fees. Any amounts deposited by you will appear on your statement as a credit, and service charges and other fees will be invoiced as described above. If you fail to pay any amount on a subsequent xxxx, the unpaid amount will be deducted each billing cycle from the credit amount. Credit amounts will not earn or accrue interest.
Unbundled Channelization (Multiplexing) 5.7.1 To the extent NewPhone is purchasing DS1 or DS3 or STS-1 Dedicated Transport pursuant to this Agreement, Unbundled Channelization (UC) provides the optional multiplexing capability that will allow a DS1 (1.544 Mbps) or DS3 (44.736 Mbps) or STS-1 (51.84 Mbps) Network Elements to be multiplexed or channelized at a BellSouth central office. Channelization can be accomplished through the use of a multiplexer or a digital cross-connect system at the discretion of BellSouth. Once UC has been installed, NewPhone may request channel activation on a channelized facility and BellSouth shall connect the requested facilities via COCIs. The COCI must be compatible with the lower capacity facility and ordered with the lower capacity facility. This service is available as defined in NECA 4.
Distribution System The Transmission Provider's facilities and equipment used to transmit electricity to ultimate usage points such as homes and industries directly from nearby generators or from interchanges with higher voltage transmission networks which transport bulk power over longer distances. The voltage levels at which Distribution Systems operate differ among areas. Distribution Upgrades – The additions, modifications, and upgrades to the Transmission Provider's Distribution System at or beyond the Point of Interconnection to facilitate interconnection of the Small Generating Facility and render the transmission service necessary to effect the Interconnection Customer's wholesale sale of electricity in interstate commerce. Distribution Upgrades do not include Interconnection Facilities.
System Security (a) If any party hereto is given access to the other party’s computer systems or software (collectively, the “Systems”) in connection with the Services, the party given access (the “Availed Party”) shall comply with all of the other party’s system security policies, procedures and requirements that have been provided to the Availed Party in advance and in writing (collectively, “Security Regulations”), and shall not tamper with, compromise or circumvent any security or audit measures employed by such other party. The Availed Party shall access and use only those Systems of the other party for which it has been granted the right to access and use.

System Security Review All systems processing and/or storing DHCS PHI or PI must have at least an annual system risk assessment/security review which provides assurance that administrative, physical, and technical controls are functioning effectively and providing adequate levels of protection. Reviews should include vulnerability scanning tools.
Data Aggregation Services BA is also permitted to use or disclose information to provide data aggregation services as that term is defined by 45 CFR 164.501, relating to the health care operations of CE.
Local Number Portability Database 10.6.1 The Permanent Number Portability (PNP) database supplies routing numbers for calls involving numbers that have been ported from one local service provider to another. BellSouth agrees to provide access to the PNP database at rates, terms and conditions as set forth by BellSouth and in accordance with an effective FCC or Commission directive.
