Common use of Solutions Clause in Contracts

Solutions. Customer will purchase and Arctic Wolf, together with its Affiliates, will provide the specific products and services (each a “Solution” or collectively, “Solutions”) as specified in the applicable Order Form. For purposes of this Agreement, “Affiliate” means any company or other entity, which directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by or is under joint control with a party.
