Some Contracting States Clause Samples

Some Contracting States must include a special provision indicating that the appropriate authorities must give their approval for the ratification. Other Contracting States may agree that the entry into force will take place after the exchange of ratification instruments confirming that each party has complied with the procedures required therewith.
