Some terms we use. To help you understand how we calculate interest, first we’ll explain two terms we use: “daily interest rate” and “average daily balance”. The daily interest rate for each type of Interest-Bearing Transaction is shown on your statement. The daily interest rate is calculated by dividing the applicable annual interest rate by the number of days in the year (365 days, except in a leap year, when it is 366 days). For each type of Interest-Bearing Transaction, the average daily balance is determined by adding together the balance on your Account for that type of Interest-Bearing Transaction each day during the applicable Statement Period, and dividing the total by the number of days in the Statement Period.

Unless otherwise stated in the Offer, the Contractor’s price shall be deemed to include all delivery and transportation charges. The City shall have the right to designate what method of transportation shall be used to ship the deliverables. The place of delivery shall be that set forth the purchase order.
