18.5 We may allow you to opt in or out of receiving paper statements and other Notices at any time by updating your preferences online, or by calling us. We may choose to supply you with a paper statement at any time. If you choose electronic statements, we may send you notification that your statement is ready to view online, but we will not be responsible if you do not receive this, including because you have not told us about changes to your details.
