Common use of Sound Impacts Clause in Contracts

Sound Impacts. 1. The Project will comply with PSCW standards set forth in Wis. Admin. Code § PSC 128.14 and Local Government sound impact standards set forth in the Jefferson County Zoning Ordinance and Town of Ixonia Ordinance for the zoning district where the Project is located, which together include maximum allowable sound levels attributable to the facility during daytime and nighttime hours.
