SOURCE CODE DOCUMENTATION. To the extent included or used in any Deliverable developed or provided by DBS hereunder, DBS will deliver to LLC and each Ownership Party the source code version of any computer software, and documentation sufficient to enable the use, operation, modification and maintenance of such computer software. The source code will be delivered by providing each recipient with a CD-ROM or equivalent storage medium on which the source code is stored.
