SOURCE OF PLAN ASSETS. The Plan shall be unfunded. Payments under the Plan shall be made from the general assets of the Company. To the extent any Participants have any right to payments under the Plan, such Participants shall be general unsecured creditors of the Company. No Participant shall have any right, title, claim or interest in or with respect to any specific assets of the Company or any of its affiliates in connection with the Participant’s participation in the Plan.
