Common use of SOW AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

SOW AGREEMENT. Based upon an evaluation of SOW Proposals, a vendor will be selected to perform the work. A specific SOW Agreement will be entered into between the State and the selected vendor, which will bind the selected vendor to the terms of the SOW Agreement, including Project-specific payment terms. All SOW Agreements shall be subject to the terms of this Master Agreement and the Attachments hereto, as applicable. The Contracting Agency shall provide DII and OPC with a copy of the SOW Agreement, once it has been executed, via email to: XXX.XXXxxxxxxxxxxxxxXxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxx.xxx
