SOW AGREEMENT. Based upon an evaluation of SOW Proposals, a vendor will be selected to perform the work. A specific SOW Agreement will be entered into between the State and the selected vendor, which will bind the selected vendor to the terms of the SOW Agreement, including Project-specific payment terms. All SOW Agreements shall be subject to the terms of this Master Agreement and the Attachments hereto, as applicable.
