Common use of Space Allocation Clause in Contracts

Space Allocation. (a) Slot and deadweight allocation on each southbound and northbound sailing shall be shared between the Parties in proportion to the aggregate agreed capacity that each Party provides within each cycle of seven or thirteen consecutive sailings, as the case may be. The foregoing principle may be waived by the Parties agreeing to do so in writing.
