Special Event Parking. 1. Designated areas only with prior authorization by Airport Director's Office. 2. RV parking is authorized only during permitted special events at a rate of Ten and no/100ths ($10.00) Dollars per day. If applicable fees are not paid within thirty (30) days of airport use a late fee of ten (10) percent of the total charge owed will be applied per month. Sec. 2-1.11. - Fuel flowage fees required. Every fuel operator shall pay a fuel flowage fee ("fuel flowage fee") on all fuel transported onto the airports; provided that no fuel flowage fee shall be imposed on fuel which is sold to an excluded commercial aircraft operator. The fuel flowage fee shall be an amount payable on each gallon of fuel dispensed and may be adjusted by the airport director from time to time. Fees per gallon $0.12 Fees will be collected on the total gallons dispensed of any fueling vehicle or container brought onto the airport regardless of actual quantity in the vehicle. Sec. 2-1.12. - Collection of fuel flowage fees. Fuel flowage fees shall be collected by the county in accordance with procedures established by the Airport Director. Unless the Airport Director has established other payment procedures, or credit arrangements satisfactory to the Airport Director have been made in advance, all fuel flowage fees shall be paid by a fuel operator no later than twenty (20) days after the end of the calendar month in which fuel is transported onto an airport. A delinquency charge in an amount established by the Airport Director shall be imposed on all fuel flowage fees not paid when due. All fuel operators shall promptly provide the County's fuel flowage certification form containing information specified by the County which is necessary to calculate the fuel flowage fee. Special Event Parking. Beginning with the date Municipal Lot 5 closes for construction of the Project Improvements, and for the remaining duration of the Cedar-Xxx-Meadowbrook Urban Redevelopment Tax Increment Finance District, the City agrees to provide the School District access to parking spaces in Municipal Parking Lot 34 for use by attendees of special events at Cleveland Heights High School (the “High School”) at the same cost, if any, that such parking spaces are made available to the general public. These parking spaces are currently available to the public, but the City agrees to provide wayfinding signage designating Municipal Parking Lot 34 as special event parking for the High School during such special events. Additionally, the City agrees to review the current lighting and striping of Municipal Parking Lot 34 and ensure adequate lighting and striping is in place and maximize the efficiency of the spaces available.

  • Withdrawal Events In the event of the death, retirement, withdrawal, expulsion, or dissolution of a Member, or an event of bankruptcy or insolvency, as hereinafter defined, with respect to a Member, or the occurrence of any other event which terminates the continued membership of a Member in the Company pursuant to the Statutes (each of the foregoing being hereinafter referred to as a “Withdrawal Event”), the Company shall terminate sixty days after notice to the Members of such withdrawal Event unless the business of the Company is continued as hereinafter provided. Notwithstanding a Withdrawal Event with respect to a Member, the Company shall not terminate, irrespective of applicable law, if within aforesaid sixty day period the remaining Members, by the unanimous vote or consent of the Members (other than the Member who caused the Withdrawal Event), shall elect to continue the business of the Company. In the event of a Withdrawal Event with respect to an Member, any successor in interest to such Member (including without limitation any executor, administrator, heir, committee, guardian, or other representative or successor) shall not become entitled to any rights or interests of such Member in the Company, other than the allocations and distributions to which such Member is entitled, unless such successor in interest is admitted as a Member in accordance with this Agreement. An “event of bankruptcy or insolvency” with respect to a Member shall occur if such Member:

  • Default Events In the event of a default as defined in the applicable SLA by a borrower with respect to any loan entered into pursuant to an SLA, GSAL will, and is hereby authorized by each Lender to, exercise on Lender's behalf, in its discretion and without prior notification to Lender, any and all remedies provided thereunder or available under applicable law. In addition, the following applies: (a) If a borrower fails in respect of any loan of securities effected pursuant hereto and pursuant to the applicable SLA to return any securities on loan when due thereunder (the “Return Date”), then GSAL shall, at its expense, but subject to Section 12(e) and (g) hereof, deposit replacement securities of the same issue, type, class and series as that of the loaned securities to the Lender’s account with Custodian, as soon as practicable. If GSAL is unable to obtain replacement securities, GSAL shall at its expense, but subject to Sections 12(e) and (g) hereof, pay Lender in U.S. dollars with the Market Value of such securities on loan on the Credit Date (as defined below). To the extent that GSAL deposits replacement securities or make payments pursuant to this Section 12(a), GSAL shall be subrogated to Lender’s rights against borrower as provided in Section 12(g). (b) If a borrower fails to pay the amount of cash Distributions with respect to securities on loan that Lender would have received had such securities not been on loan, GSAL shall pay Lender the amount of such cash Distributions plus the amount of any overdraft charges charged by the Custodian. For purposes of this section 12, “Distributions” shall mean interest, dividends and other distributions (including, but not limited to, payments made by the depositary in connection with American Depositary Receipts). To the extent that GSAL has made any payments pursuant to this Section 12(b), GSAL shall be subrogated to Lender’s rights against Borrower as provided in Section 12(g). The foregoing shall, subject to Section 12(g), be at GSAL’s expense.

  • RIGHT OF ALLOTTEE TO USE COMMON AREAS AND FACILITIES SUBJECT TO PAYMENT OF TOTAL MAINTENANCE CHARGES The Allottee hereby agrees to purchase the [Apartment/Plot] on the specific understanding that is/her right to the use of Common Areas shall be subject to timely payment of total maintenance charges, as determined and thereafter billed by the maintenance agency appointed or the association of allottees (or the maintenance agency appointed by it) and performance by the Allottee of all his/her obligations in respect of the terms and conditions specified by the maintenance agency or the association of allottees from time to time.

  • Access; Utilities; Separate Tax Parcels Based solely on evaluation of the Title Policy (as defined in paragraph 8) and survey, if any, an engineering report or property condition assessment as described in paragraph 12, applicable local law compliance materials as described in paragraph 26, and the ESA (as defined in paragraph 43), each Mortgaged Property (a) is located on or adjacent to a public road and has direct legal access to such road, or has permanent access from a recorded easement or right of way permitting ingress and egress to/from a public road, (b) is served by or has access rights to public or private water and sewer (or well and septic) and other utilities necessary for the current use of the Mortgaged Property, all of which are adequate for the current use of the Mortgaged Property, and (c) constitutes one or more separate tax parcels which do not include any property which is not part of the Mortgaged Property or is subject to an endorsement under the related Title Policy insuring the Mortgaged Property, or in certain cases, an application has been made or is required to be made to the applicable governing authority for creation of separate tax parcels (or the Mortgage Loan documents so require such application in the future), in which case the Mortgage Loan requires the Mortgagor to escrow an amount sufficient to pay taxes for the existing tax parcel of which the Mortgaged Property is a part until the separate tax parcels are created.
