Bearing of Costs. 1. The requested competent authority shall bear all ordinary costs incurred by it in complying with a request, but the payment of any extraordinary costs shall be agreed separately by the competent authorities concerned.
2. The requesting competent authority shall bear all travel and subsistence costs of its representatives unless there is agreement to the contrary.
Bearing of Costs. Where this Agreement provides for an action to be taken or an expenditure to be made, it shall be construed, unless the context requires otherwise, to require Manager at its own expense, not City, to take that action or make that expenditure, including but not limited to costs of utilities, services, equipment, inventory, supplies, and other personal property required or convenient to comply with its duties and obligations under this Agreement.
Bearing of Costs. 1. The parties agree that after the establishment of Unicom Hangmei, all the expenses incurred for the establishment of Unicom Hangmei shall be included in the preliminary expenses of Unicom Hangmei and be borne by the established Unicom Hangmei.
2. In the event that the application for the establishment of Unicom Hangmei is terminated for reasons other than the fault of the parties hereto, the expenses having incurred for the establishment of Unicom Hangmei shall be borne by the shareholders in proportion to their respective subscribed capital contributions.
Bearing of Costs. All reasonable costs related to the Annual Meeting and Managerial Committee Meet- ings shall be borne by the Central Management. Reasonable costs for necessary train- ing for the Employee Representatives shall be borne by Central Management if agreed by the Spokesperson of the Management. The function of the Employee Rep- resentatives are a non paid voluntary post for which they shall be released from their duty to work to the necessary extent by their respective employers on continuation of remuneration. The Company at which the Employee Representative is employed shall pay all rea- sonable travel, accommodation and other authorized incidental costs of the respective Employee Representative related to the performance of his/her functions as Member of the European Works Council, subject to Dentsply Xxxxxx's country guidelines ap- plicable from time to time. The settlement of the recoverable cost is done via a central cost centre at the Central Management. Travel costs are settled locally.
Bearing of Costs. As a general rule, all costs should be paid from the budget for the Event provided by the registration fees, unless sponsored or otherwise agreed in writing: - meeting rooms; - printing and mailing announcements and final programme; - supply of the proceedings to participants (printing & dispatch at cost price) are to be reimbursed to ICAR or the Organiser; - lunches, minerals, water etc., coffee and tea; - social programme and technical visits; and - simultaneous interpretation. Any sponsorship obtained shall be communicated to all parties as soon as possible.
