Common use of Space and Service Clause in Contracts

Space and Service. 3. The Employer shall provide the Association, at no charge, with accessible, appropriately furnished, serviced and maintained office space of at least 200 square feet, dedicated to work associated with this Bargaining Unit. University services, as may be agreed upon from time to time by the Parties, shall be provided at the current rate for internal users.
