Common use of SPACE PLANNING AND SUBSTITUTION Clause in Contracts

SPACE PLANNING AND SUBSTITUTION. Landlord shall have the right, upon providing Tenant sixty (60) days written notice, to move Tenant to other comparable space in the Office Building. The new space shall be the same size as the Premises and provided with comparable improvements. Landlord shall pay all of Tenant's reasonable moving expenses following receipt of invoices from Tenant. If Landlord exercises this right, this Lease shall remain in effect and be deemed applicable to the new space except that the Lease shall be appropriately amended to reflect the new space.
