Common use of Spanish Translation Clause in Contracts

Spanish Translation. Any Transaction Document shall be translated into Spanish language at any time upon the simple written request of the Purchaser or Transaction Administrator. Any costs and expenses derived from such translation will be fully paid by the Spanish Originator.
