Spares/bunkers, etc. The Sellers shall deliver the Vessel to the Buyers with everything belonging to her on board and on shore including all Owners’ supply items as per the Shipbuilding Contract. All spare parts and spare equipment including spare tail-end shaft(s) and/or spare propeller(s)/propeller blade(s), if any, belonging to the Vessel at the time of delivery used or unused, whether on board or not shall become the Buyers’ property, but spares on order are to be excluded. However, sellers shall provide inventory list of spare parts on board to Buyers soon after this Agreement has been signed and the following additional 10 percent deposit lodged. There are no hired items (including items on hire): at the time of inspection except UNITOR gas bottles. The Buyers shall take over the remaining bunkers bunkers, which to be sufficient to reach nearest main bunkering port with the usual safety margin, and unused lubricating oils/greases on board at the time of delivery oils in designated storage tanks and sealed drums and pay the Sellers’ Sellers net price invoiced prices (excluding barging expenses) from the time of supply. Lubricating oils to be those and for luboils in sealed tanks and unbroached drums and/or designated storage tanks not having been used or circulated in the vessel’s machineryas evidenced by invoices and supporting vouchers. Payment under this Clause shall be made at the same time and place and in the same currency as the Purchase Price.
