Common use of Spares/bunkers, etc Clause in Contracts

Spares/bunkers, etc. The Sellers may leave onboard for use under the Time Charter Party items which Sellers are entitled to take ashore and other items excluded from the sale. Such items shall be taken ashore by the Time Charterers at the expiry of the Time Charter Party. Bunkers remaining on board after the time of delivery remain the property of the Time Charterers.
