Special Achievement Awards. Certain significant milestones in the Company’s development, or attainment of certain critical goals, or the achievement of certain EBITDA, earnings, acquisitions, special contracts producing significant revenue, or offerings, shall cause other bonus awards to be granted to the Executive at the discretion of the Board, but in accordance with the critical goals conveyed by the Board to the Executive each year. These Special Achievement Awards (“SAA”) shall be awarded and are subject to the same terms, conditions, and limitations in accordance with the Regular and Bonus Compensation sections of this Agreement. These SAAs shall be defined and described on an attachment to this Agreement as Exhibit “A”.
