Special Anticipated Uncollectibles. The AOC may subtract from the last regular Purchase of Accounts Receivable Statement(s) an amount for a significant Anticipated Uncollectible amount. The AOC and Customer will agree upon the amount to be subtracted. This Significant Anticipated Uncollectible Amount will be used on a monthly basis as an offset against Realized Uncollectibles incurred during the one-year period. If the Significant Anticipated Uncollectible Amount does not occur before the one-year period has elapsed, the AOC shall pay the Customer the Unused Significant Anticipated Uncollectible Amount.

  • Collectibles You may not invest the assets of your IRA in collectibles (within the meaning of IRC Sec. 408(m)). A collectible is defined as any work of art, rug or antique, metal or gem, stamp or coin, alcoholic beverage, or other tangible personal property specified by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). However, specially minted United States gold and silver coins and certain state-issued coins are permissible investments. Platinum coins and certain gold, silver, platinum, or palladium bullion (as described in IRC Sec. 408(m)(3)) are also permitted as IRA investments.

  • Allowance for Possible Loan Losses The allowance for possible loan or credit losses (the “Allowance”) shown on the consolidated balance sheets of each Subsidiary, as applicable, included in the most recent SEC Documents dated prior to the date of this Agreement was, as of the dates thereof, adequate (within the meaning of GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements or guidelines) to provide for all known, reasonably anticipated or probable losses relating to or inherent in the loan and lease portfolios (including accrued interest receivables) of such Subsidiary and other extensions of credit (including letters of credit and commitments to make loans or extend credit) by such Subsidiary as of the date thereof; provided, however, that there can be no assurance that future losses will not exceed the Allowance, or that additional provisions for loan losses will not be required in future periods, and provided, further, that it is understood that the Company’s determination of the Allowance is subject to review by the Company’s bank regulator, which can require the establishment of additional general or specific allowances.

  • Setoff, Etc The Collateral and the rights of the Agent and the Lenders with respect to the Collateral are not subject to any setoff, claims, withholdings or other defenses by the Borrower or any of their Subsidiaries or Affiliates or, to the best knowledge of the Borrower, any other Person other than Permitted Liens described in §8.2(i)(A), (v) and (vi).

  • Flexible Spending Accounts Employees in the unit shall have access to the County’s flexible spending account program, which provides employees with the options of dependent care assistance benefits with a calendar year maximum of $5,000, and medical expense reimbursement benefits with a calendar year maximum of $2,400. The County shall maintain this plan in compliance with IRC §125. Employee premiums for flexible spending account benefits shall be deducted on a pre-tax basis from employee pay.
