Common use of Special Business Meetings Clause in Contracts

Special Business Meetings. A Special Business Meeting of ASEA may be called at any time at the request of a majority of the Leadership Council. The Executive Director shall give notice of the date or dates and place of a Special Business Meeting to the Membership at least thirty (30) days prior to the date of such meeting. A Member's expenses for attending a Special Business Meeting are the sole responsibil- ity of such Member.
