SPECIAL BUSINESS PROVISIONS. 13.1.2 RECLASSIFICATION OR RE-EXERCISES Boeing may on occasion, instruct Seller to re-prioritize or reclassify an existing requirement in order to improve or otherwise change the established shipping schedule. Seller shall expend the effort required to meet the revised requirement as set forth above in the definitions of the requirements. Seller's commitment of a delivery schedule shall be given in accordance with that set forth above for the applicable classification but in no case shall it exceed twenty-four (24) hours from notification by Boeing.
