Special case of insufficient Electronic Money balance. If the User’s Electronic Money balance is insufficient to honour a payment in progress, the User will be asked to consent, in accordance with the conditions set out in the previous article, to the following two successive transactions:  The recharge of his/her Electronic Money Account in accordance with the conditions set out in article 9.1. The amount of the recharge will correspond to the value of the purchase to be paid to the Merchant less, if applicable, the amount of any LYF Offer and then of any balance on the Electronic Money Account, and, by derogation to article 9.1, may be less than €10.  A transfer from the User’s Electronic Money Account in favour of the Merchant for the full amount of the purchase made. Consent to this series of transactions may be given by:  Entering or sending the User’s Identifier to the Merchant’s terminal using the technology made available in the Application or by entering the User’s Identifier on the Merchant’s website,  Clicking to validate on the summary screen showing the amount payable on the User’s mobile Application and then entering his/her Confidential Code. A payment summary showing the recharge and the payment will be shown on the User’s screen; it may subsequently be viewed by the User in his/her Personal Space.

  • Amount of Funds Available to Grantee The maximum amount of funding being made available to Grantee under this Agreement is: $20,000. This amount may be amended, subject to funds availability, by mutual consent of the parties. Grant funds under this Agreement may be considered taxable income.

  • Continuation of Optional Coverages During Unpaid Leave or Layoff An employee who takes an unpaid leave of absence or who is laid off may discontinue premium payments on optional policies during the period of leave or layoff. If the employee returns within one (1) year, the employee shall be permitted to pick up all optionals held prior to the leave or layoff. For purposes of reinstating such optional coverages, the following limitations shall be applicable. For the first twenty-four (24) months of long-term disability coverage after such a period of leave or layoff during which long-term disability coverage was discontinued, any such disability coverage shall exclude coverage for pre-existing conditions. For disability purposes, a pre-existing condition is defined as any disability which is caused by, or results from, any injury, sickness or pregnancy which occurred, was diagnosed, or for which medical care was received during the period of leave or layoff. In addition, any pre-existing condition limitations that would have been in effect under the policy but for the discontinuance of coverage shall continue to apply as provided in the policy. The limitations set forth above do not apply to leaves that qualify under the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA).

  • Rate Redetermination after Catastro- phic Damage In event of Catastrophic Damage and ad- justment, if any, of Included Timber, Contracting Officer shall make an appraisal to determine for each species the catastrophe-caused difference between the appraised unit value of Included Timber remaining immediately prior to the catastrophe and the appraised unit value of existing and potential Included Timber immediately after the ca- tastrophe. Included Timber is any that would not be elimi- nated under B8.32. Potential Included Timber is any that would be added under B8.32. Tentative Rates and Flat Rates in effect at the time of catastrophe shall be adjusted by said differences to be- come the redetermined rates for the purpose of a contract modification under B8.32. Accordingly, Base Rates shall be adjusted to correspond to the redetermined rates if redetermined rates are less than the original Base Rates, subject to new Base Rate limitations of 25 cents per hun- dred cubic feet or equivalent. However, existing Base In- dices shall not be changed under this Subsection. Upon agreement under B8.32, redetermined rates and Required Deposits shall be considered established under B3.1 for timber Scaled subsequent to Catastrophic Damage. At time of such appraisal, Specified Road construc- tion cost shall include the estimated cost of any construc- tion work listed in the Schedule of Items performed and abandoned.

  • The OCN, From XXX, and Invoice Number will control the invoice sequencing The From XXX will be used to identify to <<customer_name>> which BellSouth XXX is sending the message. BellSouth and <<customer_name>> will use the invoice sequencing to control data exchange. BellSouth will be notified of sequence failures identified by <<customer_name>> and resend the data as appropriate. THE DATA WILL BE PACKED USING ATIS EMI RECORDS.

  • Wire Unbundled DS1 Digital Loop This is a designed 4-wire Loop that is provisioned according to industry standards for DS1 or Primary Rate ISDN services and will come standard with a test point, OC, and a DLR. A DS1 Loop may be provisioned over a variety of loop transmission technologies including copper, HDSL-based technology or fiber optic transport systems. It will include a 4-Wire DS1 Network Interface at the End User’s location.

  • Traditional IRA-to-Xxxx XXX Conversions If you convert to a Xxxx XXX, the amount of the conversion from your Traditional IRA to your Xxxx XXX will be treated as a distribution for income tax purposes, and is includible in your gross income (except for any nondeductible contributions). In accordance with Visa Operating Rules and Regulations, you will receive a provisional credit for Visa Check Card losses for unauthorized use within five (5) business days after you have notified us of the loss. This does not apply to ATM transactions using a PIN(s).
