Special Director. Xxxx Xxxxx shall be a Special Director of the Company for a period of no more than twelve (12) months following the Initial Closing. For the avoidance of doubt, Xx. Xxxxx shall not be a director, employee or consultant of the Company, and the Company shall not represent to third parties or publicize anything to the contrary. Notwithstanding any other provision contained in this Agreement, this Section 4.10 shall not be amended without the written consent of KPCB Holdings, Inc.
