Common use of Special Distributions Clause in Contracts

Special Distributions. On each date on which amounts are required to be disbursed to the Mezzanine Cash Management Account pursuant to the terms of the Cash Management Agreement or are required to be paid to Lender under any of the Loan Documents, Borrower shall exercise its rights under the Mortgage Borrower Company Agreement to cause Mortgage Borrower to make to Borrower a distribution in an aggregate amount such that Lender shall receive the amount required to be disbursed to the Mezzanine Cash Management Account or otherwise paid to Lender on such date.

Special Distributions. On each date on which amounts are required to be disbursed to the Mezzanine Cash Management Account pursuant to the terms of the Mortgage Cash Management Agreement or are required to be paid to Lender under any of the Loan Documents, each Borrower shall exercise its rights under the organization documents of the applicable Mortgage Borrower Company Agreement to cause such Mortgage Borrower to make to such Borrower a distribution in an aggregate amount such that Lender shall receive the amount required to be disbursed to the Mezzanine Cash Management Account or otherwise paid to Lender on such date.

Special Distributions. On each date on which amounts are required to be disbursed to the Mezzanine Cash Management Deposit Account pursuant to the terms of the Cash Management Agreement Mortgage Loan Documents or are required to be paid to Lender under pursuant to the terms of any of the Loan Documents, Borrower shall exercise its rights under the Mortgage Borrower Company Agreement to cause Mortgage Borrower to make to Borrower a distribution in an aggregate amount such that Lender shall receive the amount required to be so disbursed to the Mezzanine Cash Management Deposit Account or otherwise so paid to Lender on such date.

On each date on which amounts are required to be disbursed to the Mezzanine Collection Account (as defined in the Cash Management Account Agreement) pursuant to the terms of the Cash Management Agreement or are required to be paid to Lender under any of the Loan Documents, Borrower shall exercise its rights under the Mortgage Borrower Company Agreement to cause Mortgage Borrower to make to Borrower a distribution in an aggregate amount such that Lender shall receive the amount required to be disbursed to the Mezzanine Cash Management Collection Account or otherwise paid to Lender on such date.

On each date on which amounts are required to be disbursed to the Mezzanine Cash Management A Deposit Account pursuant to the terms of the Mortgage Cash Management Agreement or are required to be paid to Lender under any of the Loan Documents, Borrower shall exercise its rights under the Organizational Documents of Mortgage Borrower Company Agreement to cause Mortgage Borrower to make to Borrower a distribution in an aggregate amount such that Lender shall receive the amount required to be disbursed to the Mezzanine Cash Management Deposit Account or otherwise paid to Lender on such date.

On each date on which amounts are required to be disbursed to the Mezzanine Cash Management Deposit Account pursuant to the terms of the Mezzanine Cash Management Agreement or are required to be paid to Lender under any of the Loan Documents, Borrower shall exercise its rights under the Mortgage Borrower Company Agreement to cause Mortgage Borrower to make to Borrower a distribution in an aggregate amount such that Lender shall receive the amount required to be disbursed to the Mezzanine Cash Management Deposit Account or otherwise paid to Lender on such date.

On each date on which amounts are required to be disbursed to the First Mezzanine Cash Management Account pursuant to the terms of the Mortgage Cash Management Agreement or are required to be paid to Lender under any of the Loan Documents, Borrower shall exercise its rights under the Mortgage Borrower Company Agreement to cause Mortgage Borrower to make to Borrower a distribution in an aggregate amount such that Lender shall receive the amount required to be disbursed to the First Mezzanine Cash Management Account or otherwise paid to Lender on such date.

Special Distributions. On each date on which amounts are required to be disbursed to the Mezzanine Cash Management Account pursuant to the terms of the Mortgage Cash Management Agreement or are required to be paid to Lender under any of the Loan Documents, Borrower shall exercise its rights under the Mortgage Borrower Company Agreement its organizational documents to cause Mortgage Borrower to make to Borrower a distribution in an aggregate amount such that Lender shall receive the amount required to be disbursed to the Mezzanine Cash Management Account or otherwise paid to Lender on such date.

Special Distributions. On each date on which amounts are required to be disbursed to the Mezzanine Cash Management Deposit Account pursuant to the terms of the Cash Management Agreement or are required to be paid to Lender under any of the Loan Documents, to the extent such amounts are not paid pursuant to the terms of the Management Agreement, Borrower shall exercise its rights under the Mortgage Mezzanine A Borrower Company Agreement to cause Mortgage Mezzanine A Borrower to make to Borrower a distribution in an aggregate amount such that Lender shall receive the amount required to be disbursed to the Mezzanine Cash Management Deposit Account or otherwise paid to Lender on such date.

On each date on which amounts are required to be disbursed to the Mezzanine Cash Management Debt Service Account pursuant to the terms of the Mezzanine Cash Management Agreement or are required to be paid to Lender under any of the Loan Documents, Borrower shall exercise its rights under the Mortgage Borrower Company Agreement to cause Mortgage Borrower to make to Borrower a distribution in an aggregate amount such that Lender shall receive the amount required to be disbursed to the Mezzanine Cash Management Debt Service Account or otherwise paid to Lender on such date.
