Special Meetings of the Trustee and the Trust Advisory Board. Special meetings of the Trustee and the Trust Advisory Board may be held whenever and wherever called for either by the Trustee or any member of the Trust Advisory Board. Such meetings (other than the first meeting of the Trust Advisory Board) should be held telephonically as authorized by subsection 8(e)(i), when practicable.
