Association Meetings. The Association shall have the right to use school facilities for meetings without cost after the regular students’ school day.
Association Meetings. Authorized ASF Board members, not to exceed three (3) from each campus, shall be released one (1) day with pay per meeting for up to three (3) Association Board meetings per year.

The Board agrees that the Association has the right to use a school building (except central office) for meetings after duty hours subject to reasonable advance notice to the affected school principal. The principal shall respond in a reasonable amount of time. Such use shall not interfere with or interrupt normal school operations or conflict with previously scheduled activities. When special custodial service is required, the Board may charge the Association for this service.

Association Meetings. 5.8.1. At the request of the Association, two (2) Wednesdays per month shall be reserved for association meetings. Exceptions may be made when mutually agreed. The Association shall notify the Human Resource Services Division of the selected dates prior to the first day of school each year.

The Association shall hold the Board harmless and assume any liability for claims made against the Board growing out of such meetings.
Association Meetings. The third Monday of each calendar month shall be reserved for after-school building meetings called by Association Representatives. If this time is not used by the Association, a meeting may be scheduled by the building principal. In addition, building representatives shall be permitted to call building meetings in the normal meeting room or other convenient room in the building after school hours when such meetings do not conflict with the educational program or meetings called by the Administration. The Association Representative will clear time and place of the meeting with the building principal.

The Association shall be permitted, upon prior notification to the Employer, to hold meetings at an Employer controlled building, room or facility when such facilities have not been previously scheduled for other business. The notification required under this Section shall be in writing, shall be delivered to the Employer at least one full work day (Monday through Friday) prior to the time of the meeting, and shall state the date, time and requested location of the meeting. If it is not practicable for the Employer to provide the requested location to the members, the Employer will so notify the requesting party.
