Association Meetings. Authorized ASF Board members, not to exceed three (3) from each campus, shall be released one (1) day with pay per meeting for up to three (3) Association Board meetings per year.

Association Meetings. The Association may conduct meetings in Board buildings before or after the regular school workday by prior arrangement for a designated meeting location. The Association shall hold the Board harmless and assume any liability for claims made against the Board growing out of such meetings.
Association Meetings. The third Monday of each calendar month shall be reserved for after-school building meetings called by Association Representatives. If this time is not used by the Association, a meeting may be scheduled by the building principal. In addition, building representatives shall be permitted to call building meetings in the normal meeting room or other convenient room in the building after school hours when such meetings do not conflict with the educational program or meetings called by the Administration. The Association Representative will clear time and place of the meeting with the building principal.

If it is not practicable for the Employer to provide the requested location to the members, the Employer will so notify the requesting party.
