Common use of Special Member Meetings Clause in Contracts

Special Member Meetings. Members may hold special meetings whenever called by the Board. The Board will call special Member meetings whenever a majority of the Members of any Class request a special meeting or at such other times as it deems appropriate. The Chair of the Board will preside over all special Member meetings.
