Membership List. The District will provide to the Federation no later than the third week of each semester a membership list of all employees in the unit. The list will include names, home addresses, work location, classification, phone numbers (if any), and whether the employee has elected to be a member of the Federation or agency fee payer.

Membership List. The City shall furnish the BMA a listing each September 1st, of represented employees in classifications represented by the BMA. The City shall notify the BMA within sixty (60) calendar days of any employee who, because of a change in employment status, is no longer a member of the represented unit or no longer subject to the provisions of this Article.
