Special Notices to the Rating Agencies. (a) The Servicer shall give prompt notice to each Rating Agency of the occurrence of any of the following events of which it has notice: (i) any amendment to this Agreement pursuant to Section 10.03; and (ii) the making of a final payment hereunder.
