Special Notification Requirements for States. a. Types of Information. To the extent required under federal law, the State, agrees to provide the following information about federal assistance awarded for its State Program, Project, or related activities: (1) The Identification of FTA as the federal agency providing the federal assistance for a State Program or Project, (2) The Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance Number of the program from which the federal assistance for a State Program or Project is authorized, and (3) The amount of federal assistance FTA has provided for a State Program or Project.
