Common use of Special rule: Xxxxxxxxx-xxxxxx Clause in Contracts

Special rule: Xxxxxxxxx-xxxxxx. The handling of sup- port scaffolding and the materials and equipment related to the trade shall be performed by an em- ployee of such trade when performed for immedi- ate and permanent installation purposes. However, the handling of scaffolding in cases other than those provided for in the preceding paragraph and the handling of materials and equipment related to formwork shall be performed by a xxxxxxxxx-xxxxxx or in keeping with the customs of the trade. Moreover, the installation or placing of materials related to the trade of xxxxxxxxx-xxxxxx shall at all times be performed in compliance with the definition of xxxxxxxxx-xxxxxx as specified in the Regulation respecting vocational training.
