SPECIAL TECHNICAL REPORTS. As agreed to by the Recipient and Advanced Technology International, the Recipient shall submit or otherwise provide to the NSRP ASE Program Technical Representative and the Program Technical Manager one copy of special reports on significant events such as target accomplishments by project members, significant tests, experiments or symposia.
