Special Termination Rights. 18.1. In addition to the termination rights provided in the Master Agreement, Google may terminate this Rider or the provision of Google services hereunder immediately upon written notice if Customer breaches Section 2.1 (Prohibited Actions). 18.2. In addition to the termination rights provided in the Master Agreement, in the event that Google is notified by any of its data licensors that the manner in which the Local Search Services or the AdSense for Local Search Services are implemented on the Local Search Site(s) is in breach of Google’s agreement(s) with such data licensor(s), Google shall have the right, after providing forty-eight hours notice with an opportunity to cure for Customer (unless the agreement(s) with such data licensor(s) requires shorter notice) to suspend or terminate the provision of the Local Search Services and/or the AdSense for Local Search Services (in part or in full) with immediate effect.
