It is solely the responsibility of you and your company to ensure that all such laws and regulations, including without limitation, regulation of unsolicited advertising, are adhered to. You and your company expressly absolves Our Company of all responsibility for their use of Our Fax services and warrant that they are in full compliance with all laws and regulations regarding sending facsimiles. You and your company represent and warrant that it will contractually require and use reasonable efforts to enforce that you and your end-users:

  • Special Terms Terms defined in this Schedule 1 shall have the same meanings when used throughout this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between the terms set out in the various Schedules, the Schedules shall prevail in the order in which they appear in the Agreement.
