SPECIALIST SERVICES. Medical care in specialties other than family practice, general practice, internal medicine [or pediatrics][or obstetrics/gynecology (for routine pre and post-natal care, birth and treatment of the diseases and hygiene of females)]. [SPECIALTY PHARMACETICALS. Oral or injectable drugs that have unique production, administration or distribution requirements. They require specialized patient education prior to use and ongoing patient assistance while under treatment. SUBSTANCE ABUSE. Abuse of or addiction to drugs or alcohol. SUBSTANCE ABUSE CENTER. A Facility that mainly provides treatment for people with Substance Abuse problems. It must carry out its stated purpose under all relevant state and local laws, and it must either:
