Specialty Certification (Beyond Base Certification/Registry Required for Position). Technical employees who earn a specialty certification relevant to their department that is beyond the base certification/registry required for their position will receive an additional sum of one dollar ($1.00) per hour. Technical employees who earn additional specialty certifications relevant to their department that are beyond the base certification/registry required for their position will receive an additional sum of fifty cents ($0.50) per hour for each additional certification, up to a maximum cap of two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50) for all such certifications.

  • Drug-Free Workplace Certification As required by Executive Order No. 90-5 dated April 12, 1990, issued by the Governor of Indiana, the Contractor hereby covenants and agrees to make a good faith effort to provide and maintain a drug-free workplace. The Contractor will give written notice to the State within ten (10) days after receiving actual notice that the Contractor, or an employee of the Contractor in the State of Indiana, has been convicted of a criminal drug violation occurring in the workplace. False certification or violation of this certification may result in sanctions including, but not limited to, suspension of contract payments, termination of this Contract and/or debarment of contracting opportunities with the State for up to three (3) years. In addition to the provisions of the above paragraph, if the total amount set forth in this Contract is in excess of $25,000.00, the Contractor certifies and agrees that it will provide a drug-free workplace by:

  • Non-compliance Penalty Certificate h) If any Non-compliance Penalty arises, the Supplier Development Manager shall issue a Non- compliance Penalty Certificate on the last day of each month during such Non-compliance indicating the Non-compliance Penalties which have accrued during that period.

  • Contractor Certification Regarding Ethics The Contractor certifies that the Contractor is now, and shall remain, in compliance with Chapter 42.52 RCW, Ethics in Public Service, throughout the term of this Contract.

  • AS9100 Certification ‌ AS9100 Certification, specifies requirements for a quality management system to demonstrate the Contractor’s ability to consistently meet the customer requirements as well as statutory and regulatory requirements for the aerospace industry. An AS9100 Certification, is not mandatory; however, Contractors who desire to compete for work within the aerospace industry are encouraged to have AS9100 Certification, during the entire term of OASIS. The Contractor shall notify the OASIS CO, in writing, if there are any changes in the status of their AS9100 Certification, and provide the reasons for the change and copies of audits from an AS9100 Certification Body, as applicable. If only part of a Contractor’s organization is AS9100, certified, the Contractor shall make the distinction between which business units or sites and geographic locations have been certified.

  • Final Certificate, Design Professional’s Certificate of Final Completion The Certificate issued by the Design Professional stating that all work has been completed in accordance with the terms of the Contract Documents. See Section 6,

  • TAX COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATION Contractor hereby affirms, under penalty of perjury as provided in ORS 305.385(6), that, to the best of Contractor’s knowledge, the Contractor is not in violation of any of the tax laws described in ORS 305.380(4). For purposes of this certification, “tax laws” means a state tax imposed by ORS 320.005 to 320.150 and 403.200 to 403.250, ORS Chapters 118, 314, 316, 317, 318, 321 and 323; the elderly rental assistance program under ORS 310.630 to 310.706; and local taxes administered by the Oregon Department of Revenue under ORS 305.620.
