Specific Functions. ¨ Review of select reports that are reflective of the performance of Ridge in fulfilling the agreed upon Service Levels, in maintaining accurate books and records, and adherence to various polices, procedures and regulations. ¨ Review of the results of select, completed SRO examinations and audit reports of Broadridge and Ridge and Xxxxxx and Client business units. ¨ Review of the feedback provided by key business stakeholders within Xxxxxx and Client and Xxxxxx’x and Client’s introducing brokers. ¨ The EGC will also address: • The Service Levels being provided by Ridge • Broadridge’s and Ridge’s and Xxxxxx’x and Client’s adherence to existing polices, procedures and the Laws and Rules • The resolution of any unresolved disputes and controversies between the parties • The results of all audits conducted by Xxxxxx and Client as well as all SRO examinations • Broadridge’s, Ridge’s and Xxxxxx’x and Client’s readiness in preparing for new regulations and/or industry mandates • Any changes in the strategic direction of Broadridge or Ridge
Specific Functions. The contractor's system shall provide for integration of the financial system with the claims and encounter system. At a minimum the system shall: 1. Update the specific claim records in the claims history if payments are voided or refunded. 2. Update the specific claims records in the claims history if amounts are recovered. 3. Specific Functions. Subject to the oversight and authority of the Board, CORNERSTONE shall be responsible for implementing the Educational Program and the management, operation, accounting and administration of the ACADEMY. Such functions include, but are not limited to: A. Implementation and administration of the Educational Program, including, without limitation, the acquisition of instructional materials and equipment and supplies necessary to implement the Educational Program, as well as administration of any and all extra- curricular and co-curricular activities and programs approved by the Board. B. Selection, hiring, management and supervision of all CORNERSTONE employees assigned to perform Services at the ACADEMY and management of all personnel functions. C. All aspects of the ACADEMY's business administration. D. Operation and maintenance of the school building to the extent consistent with any and all leases pertaining to the Academy site. E. All aspects of the accounting operation, including general ledger management, financial reporting, payroll, employee benefits and payroll tax compliance. F. Transportation and food service to the extent such services are authorized by the Board and to the extent CORNERSTONE agrees to provide such services. G. Marketing and development costs in the Budget.

Defining and assessing the Parties’ Projected Flow Capacity Needs, loading requirements and options; g. Evaluating proposals regarding any capacity reallocation; h. Evaluating proposed permit conditions, including potential capacity and financial impacts;

Specific Functions. Contractor shall be responsible for the management, operation, administration, and provision of educational and custodial activities at the Academy. Such functions may include, but are not limited to: 1. implementation and administration of the Educational Program, including the recommendation and acquisition of instructional materials, equipment and supplies (subject to the right of the Board to approve text books), and the administration of any and all extra and co-curricular activities and programs as approved by the Academy Board; 2. management of personnel functions, including professional development for the Principal, all instructional personnel and other staff, and the personnel functions outlined in Article I; 3. aspects of the business administration of the Academy; 4. business, educational, and community partnering programs; 5. strategic planning; 6. fund raising and grant development programs and strategies; 7. public relations programs, strategies and events; 8. any other function necessary or expedient for the administration of the Academy, or as may be required under the Code, the Contract or by FSU.

Have appointed members and ex-officio members of the Stanislaus Council of Governments serve without compensation from the Stanislaus Council of Governments, except that members of the StanCOG Policy Board may be reimbursed for all reasonable expenses and costs relating to attendance at Stanislaus Council of Governments meetings or other Stanislaus Council of Governments business. 14.1.11.
