Specific & General Consultation Bodies and Government Departments. Specific and General Consultation Bodies (as defined in the LDP Regulations) are required to be involved at various Plan stages. Government Departments must also be consulted where aspects of the Plan, or proposals for its alteration or replacement, appear to affect their interests. Powys County Council has identified these groups as listed in sections 1, 2 and 3 of Appendix 3.
