Specific Modifications. Where the United Kingdom Data Protection Act 2018 applies to Personal Data, the SCCs apply (as modified above), with the following addendum attached to the SCCs: The International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Commission Standard Contractual Clauses (“Addendum”), version B1.0 (in force 21 March 2022) is hereby entered into as a legally binding contract between the data exporter and data importer, and is hereby attached to the SCCs.
