Specific principles for the award of merit. No later than October 1 of each year, the Personnel Committee of each department-level unit and the Xxxx/Director of each college-level unit shall disseminate to the bargaining-unit members within their respective units the principles upon which merit awards will be decided for Pools A and B, respectively. Such principles shall not be subject to grievance.
